All sales are final

The 4-Week Achilles Primer and the Full 20-Week Program are digital products. You get the full content the moment your payment goes through, so we don't offer refunds on any purchase, including partial refunds, change-of-mind refunds or refunds for unused portions of the program.

Please read the product description, the "What you'll need" list and the FAQ before you buy. If you're not sure which option is right for you, DM us on Instagram at @achillesprogram before you buy.

When we will help

• You were charged twice for the same order. We'll refund the duplicate charge.
• You can't access your files. We'll get you a working link.
• A charge you don't recognize. Contact us before disputing it with your bank, and we'll look into it.

Primer credit

If you bought the 4-Week Primer, the code on its last page takes $29 off the Full 20-Week Program. That credit is the only way a Primer purchase can be applied to another product.

Health and safety

The program is general educational information, not medical care. Talk to your physician before you start, especially if you have a suspected tear, recent surgery or a condition that affects healing. Stop and get evaluated if you feel a pop or tearing, see a gap in the tendon, or can't bear weight. The full safety notice is at the start of each program.

Your information

This policy covers theachillesprogram.com and purchases of The Achilles Program, operated by Rehab Lab Chicago ("we," "us"), 2577 W Armitage Ave, Chicago, IL.

What we collect

• Purchase details. When you buy, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email, country or ZIP code, and what you bought with us.
• Your email address when you sign up for a free tool, such as the Calf & Ankle Profiling tool. It's stored with our website host, Netlify.
• Messages you send us, for example Instagram DMs.
• Basic technical data. Our website host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.

Videos in the profiling tool

Videos you select in the Calf & Ankle Profiling tool are analyzed in your own browser. They aren't uploaded to us or stored anywhere, and your results disappear when you close the page.

How we use it

• To process your payment and deliver the program you bought, or to give you access to a free tool you signed up for.
• To answer your questions and give you support.
• For marketing. We may use your name and email to send you updates, new programs and offers related to The Achilles Program and Rehab Lab Chicago. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• To keep records we're required to keep for tax and accounting.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal information.
• We don't share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe (payments), Google Drive (file delivery), Netlify (website hosting), Instagram (messages), and, if we start sending email campaigns, an email marketing provider. These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics or ad tracking in the future (for example, Meta or Google), we'll update this policy first. Stripe uses its own cookies on its checkout pages to process payments and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, and marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. DM @achillesprogram on Instagram. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Children

The Achilles Program is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
